Senior Administrator for Paediatric Surgery

This role entails overseeing the administration of the Paediatric Surgical Education and Training (SET) program in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, drafting reports and correspondence, as well as maintaining accurate records of SET Trainees' clinical and assessment requirements.

  • Provide executive level administrative support, including drafting reports and correspondence.
  • Support the Committee with agenda, minutes, and action lists.
  • Maintain accurate records of SET Trainees' clinical and assessment progress.
  • Identify key issues for discussion and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Offer strategic advice on policies and procedures to inform Committee decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain records and correspondence in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Accurately report data and information to external and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex environments effectively.
