Paediatric Surgery Programme Manager

As the Administrative Director for Paediatric Surgery, you will be responsible for effectively administering the Surgical Education and Training (SET) program in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
About the Role- Provide high-level administrative support including drafting of reports and correspondence for senior leaders.
- Provide secretariat support for committees including agenda, minutes and action lists.
- Maintain accurate records of all clinical and assessment requirements, including monitoring progress.
- Identify and assign important issues for discussion, ensuring that committees are kept up to date.
- Provide advice on policies and procedures to inform committee decisions.
- Prepare and maintain records and correspondence in adherence to legal guidelines ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Accurately report data and information to external and internal bodies.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Monitor and maintain budget and financial records.
- Update web pages and content as required.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Develop processes, initiatives, documents, policies, and regulations as needed.
- Correspond with current trainees and provide training and guidance to staff.
- Liaise with other organizations and government bodies.
