">About The Role:
">We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who will identify top talent for monday.com and lead the recruiting lifecycle.
">Your responsibilities will include profiling ideal candidates, developing effective sourcing strategies, creating an outstanding candidate experience, conducting interviews, and collaborating in hiring decisions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, while aligning closely with business leadership to understand strategic goals.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage end-to-end global hiring processes.">
- Plan, initiate, and execute the recruitment workflow.">
- Conduct screening calls, and in-depth interviews via phone calls, video calls, and in-person.">
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.">
- Serve as a talent advisor to the business, reporting on market trends and candidate experience.">
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.">
- Source using diverse channels to attract top talent.">
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.">
- Make the candidate experience a team-wide priority.">
- Think creatively to find new channels and sources, and optimize our processes.">
- Take a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes.">
Requirements:
">- 5+ years experience as a recruiter at a SaaS company.">
- Experience recruiting in Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia.">
- Experienced in sourcing.">
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.">
- Relevant tertiary studies.">
- Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously.">
- Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.">
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.">
