A Day in the Life

The Graduate Program - Enterprise Accounts is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the different functions and roles within the Enterprise Accounts team. This team manages strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders, giving you valuable insights into how we deliver innovative products and services that meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems.

As a participant in this program, you will learn skills such as:

  • Supporting and working with Cardiovascular, Medical, Surgical, & Neuroscience Portfolios to deliver business results to Strategic Accounts customers.
  • Delivering high-quality work and demonstrating initiative and creativity by building and iterating Power BI dashboards, modeling and analyzing commercial deals.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentation slides for C-Suite customers internally and externally, showcasing performance, graphs, trends, and insights.
  • Implementing continual process improvement and task standardization in your daily work.

About the Program

This is a 24-month fixed-term full-time position offering extensive training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals. You will have the chance to network with other graduates and colleagues, as well as exposure to senior leaders and executives across the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for recent graduates with a relevant Undergraduate Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing degree. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, along with a passion for healthcare and customer service, are essential for success in this role.
