Marine Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Marine Business Development Representative to join our team at Brunswick. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Job DescriptionThe Marine Business Development Representative will play a critical role in responding to incoming leads, providing a strong first impression of our brand, offerings, and competitive differentiation. This includes engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, scheduling appointments for the sales team, managing and updating customer information in the CRM system, conducting timely follow-ups to maintain lead engagement, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online chat.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about products and services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead response time, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BDC, Customer Experience, or Call Center Role.
- CNM software proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
