Nous recherchons un Client Success Manager capable de créer des défenseurs de la marque MRI sur le marché, de réduire le taux d'attrition des clients existants grâce à une communication ouverte et régulière, de générer des revenus supplémentaires dans les comptes clients existants par le biais de l'adoption de nouvelles fonctionnalités, d'intégrations partenaires ainsi que d'identifier des opportunités de migration vers le cloud.
C'est une excellente opportunité pour des professionnels de la vente dynamiques qui se concentrent sur l'expansion de la présence de MRI auprès de la clientèle existante en adoptant une approche de vente consultative.
Responsabilités :
Maintenir des relations avec les clients existants par le biais d'interactions en ligne et en face à face. Agir en tant qu'expert en solutions pour aider les clients avec leurs problématiques commerciales uniques et leurs initiatives stratégiques. Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente élargie pour partager des idées, des connaissances et des stratégies de développement commercial. Piloter et gérer le processus de vente - cibler les opportunités inexploitées, identifier des solutions pour les clients, établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients, soutenir/planifier des démonstrations de logiciels, négocier et administrer des opportunités au sein d'un territoire assigné avec l'assistance de chasseurs désignés. Faciliter le processus d'administration des ventes dans le CRM de l'entreprise. Concevoir des stratégies de compte et travailler avec la direction des ventes et le marketing pour atteindre des objectifs de vente à court et à long terme pour des clients ciblés. Mener des campagnes d'appels sortants pour dynamiser des initiatives individuelles. Dépasser les quotas annuels de vente/de rétention assignés. Gérer le processus de contractualisation et l'administration des ventes. Comprendre le positionnement de MRI sur le marché et être bien informé sur les différenciateurs et les forces des produits.Exigences du poste :
2 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion de comptes dans l'industrie des logiciels ou similaire (Gestionnaire de Propriété, AM ou BDM) Une connaissance de l'industrie immobilière est essentielle. Expérience avec le logiciel CRM MRI et la solution de site Web ou des solutions SaaS similaires pour l'immobilier. Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement très dynamique avec des priorités multiples. Un parcours démontré dans l'ajout de valeur à travers la relation client pour augmenter les revenus sur une période prolongée, en dépassant les objectifs de vente avec la capacité de travailler avec les parties prenantes clés. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite. Expérience avec les CRM de vente (Salesforce et Hubspot) est essentielle.Avantages :
