Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Capital Specialist to join our organization in Sydney or Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in client relationship management, learning design and facilitation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, expand network opportunities, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regional units and practices to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Develop business acumen and lead multiple projects that deliver results.
  • Maintain a professional and humble attitude, aligning with values of client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a people-focused role, ideally in consulting or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management and sales exposure.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Alignment with organizational values and a mature, humble, professional attitude.
