Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in managing complex claims, ensuring timely and fair outcomes for injured claimants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of common law claims, assessing liability, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements that support recovery and fairness.
- Collaborate with solicitors, claimants, and medical professionals to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Analyse medical, financial, and investigative reports to determine claim value and strategy.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years' experience in CTP claims management or relevant legal practice (plaintiff or defendant).
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
