Role Summary

The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our Life Design program. This program is designed to empower students to maximize their potential by equipping them with the skills to better understand themselves, become confident, creative contributors, and develop into innovative problem-solvers in a rapidly changing world.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with a focus on personalized, strengths-based coaching and student success. They will be responsible for leading a team of teachers to design flexible curriculum and contemporary pedagogies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Life Design program that aligns with the School Vision and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta's strategic goals.
  • Lead a team of teachers to design and deliver personalized learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement contemporary pedagogies that promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge in personalized, strengths-based coaching and student success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community partners to provide students with opportunities for community service, micro-credentials, and internships.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on personalized, strengths-based coaching and student success.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with teachers, students, and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
