Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our busy hearing clinic in Nedlands, WA. As a Client Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 3 days per week Wednesday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists). You will also efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, learn and competently use a range of software and applications, and have an interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
  • Have an interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service/administration
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
