Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored sales strategies to clients.
  • Support the clinic team in achieving performance targets and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
