Job Title: Hearing Care Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our team in Western Australia. This role involves scheduling appointments, contributing to local marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists
- Contributing to local marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services
- Providing outstanding customer service in retail or allied health environments
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.)
- Attention to detail with administrative background and collaborative spirit
