At a riverside venue, you'll play a key part in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests in a truly extraordinary setting.
As Bar Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to showcase local produce and Yarra Valley wines, all while working in a relaxed atmosphere with breathtaking views of the Yarra Ranges and Cathedral Ranges.
Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, offering expert recommendations to elevate their experience, taking orders and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting bar environment, assisting with events and functions, and ensuring all bartending duties are carried out accurately.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and approachable attitude, strong knowledge of beverages, previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
