We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide high-quality support and community participation assistance to young people living with disability.

Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families/carers, helping them navigate life's challenges.

Client Relationships:

Build trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aspirations.

Flexibility:

Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and preferences.

No Prior Experience Required:
