We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IOL Manager to join our team at Alcon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving total IOL revenue and market share in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Support surgical facilities and oversee the overall IOL portfolio
- Provide high technical consultancy in assigned accounts, showcasing expertise in our products' benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products
- Work with Account Managers, Tender and Pricing teams to provide the right customer solutions
- Develop new business with customers to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and optimize existing relationships and manage business with existing key customers
- Provide feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management
- Deep knowledge of all IOLs and ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both technical and interpersonal
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong customer relationship management
- Flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of drive
- Strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems, ability to work independently and be proactive
- Experience with CRM applications (such as Salesforce) to manage relationships, complete account and call planning is desired
