Rehabilitation Professional Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage case loads and provide clinical support to clients
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ally health qualification in psychology, social work, or rehabilitation counseling
  • Current professional registration with relevant governing body
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Desire to problem-solve with confidence and initiative
  • Passion for injury prevention, return-to-work initiatives, and associated health benefits
  • Energy and drive to grow services and contribute to a dynamic team
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
