Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

Job Title: Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver injury prevention strategies to reduce musculoskeletal injuries among staff;
- Contribute to the broader goals of a comprehensive health and wellbeing program;
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proactive injury prevention initiatives;
- Provide education sessions to employees on workplace safety and mitigate workers' compensation claims;
- Support the development of strategic service plans to promote health and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Ergonomics, WHS or Physiotherapy (Essential);
- Cert IV Training & Assessment (not essential);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Computer literacy, including skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Effective time management skills;
- A willingness to travel across WA to support local governments.
