- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes teamwork.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- A clinical license in the state of Florida (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
- Experience with diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Familiarity with typical office technology, including computers, email, and Electronic Health Record systems.
