Role OverviewThis role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality IT support services to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to our clients through various channels
- Investigate and resolve technology-related issues, including hardware and software problems
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities and troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and printer issues
- Provide remote and on-site support as required by the business
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in a technical service desk or similar support environment
- Familiarity with Freshworks or similar ticketing systems
- High level of expertise in Office 365 applications support
- Experience with Windows Server for items such as Active Directory and Print Services
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with Pure Cloud or similar phone systems
- Exceptional attention-to-detail and great interpersonal skills
