Australian Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to enjoy remote working and flexibility without compromising on quality of work.

Our client services clients nationally in the areas of workplace law, construction, and commercial law. They are uniquely positioned to capitalise on existing industry networks.
Your New Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing complex workplace relations advice and award interpretation, union-related matters, as well as matters in the Federal Court, Human Rights Commission, and Fair Work. You will act for both employees and some employer work, working on enterprise agreements, unfair dismissals, and WH&S.

Your Skills Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years PAE in employment law
- Strong analytical, critical, and drafting skills
- Effective and timely file management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, client-focused, and ethical approach
Salary
The salary for this position is between $140,000 and $165,000 per annum.
