As a highly skilled In-House Employment Law Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal needs of our clients, with a strong focus on employment law.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires an expert in Australian employment law, with experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior stakeholders. Your exceptional knowledge of the Fair Work Act and its amendments will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex employment-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal support across various aspects of employment law, including industrial relations, work health and safety, and workers' compensation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a strong track record of success in Australia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract/procurement drafting, enterprise agreement interpretation, and WHS regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia are essential.
