Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Employment and Labour Law Specialist to join our team in the APAC region. As a trusted partner, you will advise on various employment matters, including enterprise agreement negotiations, industry awards, collective bargaining, union relationships, and FWC applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Advise on hiring and recruiting processes, discipline procedures, investigations, wages and hours, accommodations, terminations, workforce restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.">
  • Work with internal partners to ensure legal compliance and meet regulatory requirements.">
  • Investigate and respond to demand letters, administrative inquiries, and governmental investigations.">
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on FWC applications, litigations, and discrimination claims.">
  • Develop and revise standard terms and conditions of employment and People policies.">
  • Conduct employment and labour law training programs for the People team and management.">
  • Share knowledge, expertise, and skills to improve decision-making in employment and labour law issues in the region.">
