The Assistant Director Portfolio Performance Measurement (ADPPM) plays a pivotal role within Defence, overseeing the CapabilityOne System and providing expert policy advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering ICT solutions that manage information related to the One Defence Capability System and the Defence Integrated Investment Program.
  • Exercising sound decision-making and judgement in complex problem-solving and issues management.
  • Leading high-performing teams, developing work plans, setting performance indicators, and reviewing individual, team, and business performance.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and identifying expectations and concerns.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of ICT business management functions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, good written and oral communication, and sound professional judgement.
  • A desire to learn about Defence capability systems.
