Senior Defence ICT Leader

Role Overview:

Establish and grow a Defence ICT practice to drive growth and expansion while maintaining hands-on delivery.

This strategic role requires leading the development of the Defence ICT capability, working across established panel arrangements such as ICTPA.

The ideal candidate will balance practice leadership, client engagement, business development and direct project delivery.

  • Lead the establishment and growth of the Defence ICT practice.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders.
  • Oversee delivery of projects ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with panel arrangements such as ICTPA.

You:

A senior leader with extensive experience in Defence ICT projects either consulting or direct.

Proven success in practice or business unit leadership.

Ability to win and deliver work through panel arrangements (ICTPA experience desirable).

Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

NV1/NV2/TSPV clearance.

Strategic mindset combined with a willingness to remain close to delivery.

Based in Canberra eager to work within a smaller consulting firm environment.
