Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing change communications strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change communications strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including SharePoint, external websites, and EDMs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and share stories, ensuring consistent and clear communication across all channels.
  • Support customer service and planning teams during the transition to new systems.
  • Work closely with IT and comms teams to map out and refine existing processes.
  • Manage the communications aspects of projects, including scheduling, delivery, and monitoring of communication materials.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in change communications, particularly in the context of large-scale IT projects. You should have strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with SharePoint and other digital communication tools is highly desirable. A Bachelor's Degree in Communications is ideal.
