**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Project Coordinator supports and assist in the overall coordination of project related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved and provide suggestions to improve efficiency and processes. The role supports the Project Delivery team in day-to-day project administration and is responsible for maintaining and administering project information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Portfolio Director to deliver/facilitate project management efficiency and processes improvement initiatives
- Assist Project Delivery team as required to ensure efficient delivery of the projects.
- Facilitate the initiation and set-up of new programs and projects.
- Facilitate project team meetings, organise agenda items and distribute meeting notes/actions
- Follow up on project actions, deliverables and milestone reporting.
- Creating requisitions and process invoices via Basware AP automation solution as required.
- Manage and deliver small scale projects.
- Collate, prepare and distribute project reports and project documents.
- Compile project documentation in line with the company project methodology.
- Maintain and administer project documentation library, logs, and all live project information.
- Update project information systems - project database, Intranet and key systems.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid experience in project administration/ co-ordination roles
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Project Management Information Systems
- Ability to read, write and interpret documentations and process / procedural manuals
- Ability to maintain work output when working under pressure and in a high-profile work environment.
- Certification in Project Management or Foundation Certification in PRINCE2 or PMBOK desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in co-ordination of projects.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of PM information systems.
- High communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
