Job Description:

As a key leadership role, the Head of Customer Support will lead and manage global support teams in the CFD industry. The successful candidate will develop an efficient support framework, enhance operational efficiency, and improve competitiveness by building a robust support system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee support teams across multiple regions to provide seamless customer and internal sales support within the highly regulated CFD sector.
  • Support Operations Optimization: Implement an effective support framework that enhances both customer and sales support services tailored to the unique needs of the CFD market.
  • Brand Culture and Cross-team Collaboration: Promote a strong brand culture by fostering collaboration between support teams in different locations, ensuring knowledge-sharing and best practices across regions.
  • Competitiveness Enhancement: Refine and streamline support processes to meet the evolving demands of CFD clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Compliance, Operations, to ensure smooth support functions that align with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing customer support teams within the financial services sector, preferably with a focus on CFDs.
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations in the financial industry, emphasizing compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring collaboration and consistency.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience.
