HR Business Partner - Expression of Interest

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide proactive, high-quality advice on HR matters, partner with leaders to drive HR strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

About the Role
  • Provide expert HR guidance on industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Advise on employment instruments, including Enterprise Agreements and Awards, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Lead HR projects focused on culture, talent development, succession planning, and organisational change
  • Ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards and manage workers' compensation cases
About You
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role with a solid understanding of contemporary HR practices
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial awards, and relevant HR legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to drive initiatives that support long-term business goals
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to lead and mentor teams when required
  • Committed to maintaining ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture
Qualifications
  • A degree in HR or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience
  • A valid driver's license
