About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing proactive, high-quality advice on HR matters such as industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. You will partner with leaders to drive HR strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and advise on employment instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to leaders and employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Advise on employment instruments and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Lead HR projects focused on culture, talent development, succession planning, and organizational change
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a solid understanding of contemporary HR practices. You will have a proven track record of managing complex HR issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

You will be a skilled project manager with the ability to drive initiatives that support long-term business goals. You will be autonomous, proactive, and able to lead and mentor teams when required. You will be committed to maintaining ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture.

Qualifications
  • A degree in HR or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • A valid driver's license
