Unlock your potential in a dynamic role that drives partnership success and product growth. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Co-brand Partnerships team within the International Card Services (ICS) Product organisation.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the delivery of the Qantas Commercial portfolio, focusing on the American Express Qantas Business Rewards Card. This role involves managing key Co-brand stakeholders, driving acquisition and customer loyalty through data analysis, and developing strategic partnerships with Qantas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-brand partnership plan activities and stakeholder management
- Customer data analysis and insights for the Co-brand portfolio
- Collaborative working relationships across Enterprise
- Competitor product landscape monitoring and analysis
Additionally, this role requires:
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Experience working with external partners
- Analytical skills to measure and monitor projects and partnership performance
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
