About Our Boutique

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our boutique as a Manager. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of boutique operations by leading a team of sales professionals, maximizing profits, coaching and mentoring staff, and safeguarding company assets.

You will support boutique sales through the delivery of exceptional customer service and engagement for every client. This includes controlling all expenses within budget guidelines, creating and managing shift schedules, preparing, coordinating, and ensuring complete and accurate inventories at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in luxury retail is essential.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales results and maximizing profits through team leadership.
  • The ability to coach, train, motivate, and lead by example.
  • Agility, curiosity, and reactivity in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
  • Experience developing strategies to improve individual and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
