ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is a rare and unique opportunity for you as we are currently seeking a high performing Boutique Director to lead our #1 APAC door, Sydney Boutique.

Reporting to the National Retail Director, the successful candidate will act as brand ambassador for our boutique in Sydney. With passion and proven experience, you will drive your strategic vision and direct the team in providing an iconic customer-service experience, ensuring maximum profitability.

A TAG HEUER BOUTIQUE DIRECTOR IS…

…A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALES EXPERT

  • Plays an active role on the sales floor , increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives
  • Analyzes the store's retail performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…), identifies business opportunities and establishes 360° action plans to tackle them

… A TEAM LEADER

  • Sets individual and collective objectives , follows the performance , and realizes reviews of the team members
  • Shadows and supports the team members on the floor, provides immediate feedback , develops them in their current roles

… A TAG HEUER AMBASSADOR

  • Embodies the Tag Heuer's brand values and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events
  • Proactively networks and connects with local people of influence

…A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

  • Leads the team to develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Sets and follows collective and individual clienteling objectives (number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments…)
Profile

1860, Saint-Imier at the very heart of the birthplace of watchmaking. A young ambitious watchmaker decides to found his own brand. His name: Edouard Heuer.
