Boutique Manager - Vacheron Constantin - King Street role at Vacheron Constantin. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will craft a universe within the boutique that delivers memorable client experiences and fosters a fulfilling employee environment.
Responsibilities- Implement a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
- Develop relationships and initiate boutique activities to enhance the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and events.
- Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, leading by example in building relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group compliance policies.
- Design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactive talent pipeline.
- Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance.
- 4+ years of previous experience in retail management (high watchmaking knowledge is preferred or high-value luxury product).
- Track record of driving boutique performance from a qualitative, quantitative and operations perspective.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs, clienteling, and hospitality mindset.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach; excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent computer skills.
