**Are you a good match?**

We are looking for a Boutique Assistant to support our Sales Associate during the sales process and elevate the client experience. You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and engagement to each client with respect to Van Cleef & Arpels' spirit and heritage.

**What are we expecting from you?**

Reporting into the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will assist Sales Associates during presentation, provide support for event organization and develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training.
- Do you have a previous experience in high touch customer service?
- Have you worked successfully in a sales, luxury or hospitality environment?
- Do you have strong communication and organization skills?
- Are you interested in learning about and sharing our Maison's rich heritage?
- Are you agile, curious and reactive? Do you enjoy working in a fast moving and challenging environment?
- Do you look for solutions to ensure the client gets the best possible experience in store?
