About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Director to lead and inspire teams in boutique operations. The successful candidate will support the strategic development of multiple boutiques, working in partnership with boutique managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the boutiques, VIP events, and client experience, particularly in skincare.
  • Inspire teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experience.
  • Strong business acumen to work with budgets and analyse reports based on key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing across multiple boutiques is desirable.
