Working closely with centre leadership and colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities. By doing so, you will contribute to a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and ongoing professional growth.

The centre offers an exceptional learning environment, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and resources that promote exploration, creativity, and socialisation. These include herb and vegetable gardens, a treehouse, creek bed, water play areas, and natural play structures.

To thrive in this role, you will possess a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services, as well as prior experience in long day-care settings. Additionally, you should have sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF frameworks, as well as a current Working with Children's Check.
