As a mentor and educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of children every day in a fun and supportive environment.
OverviewYou will collaborate with passionate professionals to inspire and support children, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging lessons aligned with the Guardian learning program
- Work collaboratively with the team and Centre Manager
- Share children's milestones with families, celebrating their achievements
- Access resources in learning spaces to enhance the educational experience
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it)
- Availability to work 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating roster
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC)
- Child Protection Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education
Our centre offers stimulating environments including water play, veggie gardens, natural climbing structures, and age-specific ateliers. The team is diverse and inclusive. Facilities include an outdoor music space, French lessons, weekly cooking classes for parents, incursions and excursions to local activities.
