Lead Learning Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our nursery team.
Job DescriptionThe Lead Educator will be responsible for designing engaging learning environments that empower children as independent learners. This includes creating thoughtful programming that nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, and hold a current Working with Children Check. They will also possess strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards, as well as Australian Working Rights.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
