This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes for a large workforce, utilizing Successfactors and Kronos systems.
Responsibilities include accurate and timely execution of payrolls, risk management, compliance, and system configuration testing. Additionally, the team provides support and resolves issues to improve current processes.
About YouTo be successful in this position, you will require experience running end-to-end payroll and a working understanding of Australian payroll regulations and statutory provisions. Your ability to interpret pay, leave, and allowances clauses in enterprise agreements is also essential.
