End-to-End Payroll Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing payroll in line with employment agreements, contracts, and company policies with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities- Processing of payroll, including PAYG, super, payroll tax, and other legislative reporting.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and queries.
- Maintaining and generating compliant payroll records and reporting.
- Supporting audits and financial planning process.
- Executing end-of-month/year processes and payroll-related improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll (AU/NZ), legislation, STP2, super, EA/award interpretation working within a large payroll environment.
- Experience with Excel, SAP ECC6, CATS, and SuccessFactors.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- A team player who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
