End-to-End Payroll Specialist

A highly skilled payroll professional is sought to manage and process end-to-end payroll for 600+ employees on a fortnightly basis.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to multiple Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- Process new starter and termination calculations with precision and accuracy.
- Lodge PAYG and payroll tax in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Address queries and issues effectively, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience with Preceda, Dayforce, or UKG Pro is highly desirable, but not essential.
Requirements- Proven track record as a payroll professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of Awards and EBAs, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legislation.
