Project Delivery Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Executive to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and initiatives in ports.

This role will oversee the management of all projects within a port, advising on prioritisation and resource requirements, in accordance with the strategic plan.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, or relevant operational experience, along with experience within a commercial airline operation and Australian airports experience.

They must also possess a proven track record in project management, including sound knowledge of methodologies and principles, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous programs of work and prioritize resources accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project governance and oversight.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and advise on project-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, or relevant operational experience.
  • Experience within a commercial airline operation and Australian airports experience.
  • Proven track record in project management, including sound knowledge of methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong networking, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
