Port Delivery Team Lead

The Port Delivery Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of port turnaround services, ensuring delivery of services and managing logistics.
This role requires a professional to manage teams effectively, lead change, and be resilient in ambiguous situations. The successful candidate will also be available to work on weekends and/or holidays, solving problems independently and suggesting ways to improve processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a team to ensure efficient processes at ports.
- Guaranteeing proper resources to deliver operations and staffing accordingly.
- Developing continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
- Collaborating with Key Account Managers to ensure a strong commercial relationship with Cruise Lines.
- Overseeing operations incidents in ports and reviewing their impact on delivery.
