Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with a passion for marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Executives and General Manager to assist with the execution of advertising and promotional campaigns to support retail and wholesale brands.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, as well as working knowledge of the travel or related industry. They will also possess strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to respond quickly to changes and deliver multifaceted projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Marketing Executives and General Manager to execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Be a subject matter expert for destination and product information.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met daily.
  • Maintain relationships with the Product Development team to ensure consistent alignment of promotional activity.
  • Support Marketing Executives and General Manager to achieve flawless execution of campaigns and activities.
  • Communicate activities across the organisation effectively.
  • Coordinate and develop marketing assets, collateral, and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of the travel or related industry.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes.
  • Proven track record in delivering multifaceted projects.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Willingness to work within a team.
