We are seeking a seasoned Director of Consumer Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive consumer connection and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive comms strategies that unlock audience growth and cultural relevance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using data, intelligence, and marketing theory to shape consumer journeys across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Designing experiences that span the full funnel, from brand building to engagement touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with media, creative, technology, and platform partners to curate how brands should show up within culture.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency.
  • Expertise in consumer and communications behaviour with the ability to synthesise data into compelling stories and actionable ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics, and modelling is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills, project management, and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
