Customer Experience Strategist Job Description

This is a dynamic and innovative role that involves driving end-to-end customer experience strategies across various brands.

As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal part in understanding consumer behavior, conducting thorough research, and developing distinct audience segmentations to inform creative decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency, with a minimum of 2 years in the AUS market. They should be able to manage multiple timelines and competing deadlines while highlighting new ideas to the team and external stakeholders.
