Job Title: Executive Strategic Development Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Strategic Development Lead to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-value pursuits and developing winning strategies that align with our enterprise capabilities and client priorities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop compelling pitches and deliver persuasive client engagement tools. Your ability to think strategically and collaborate with designers will enable you to create compelling visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field and 7+ years' experience in Business Development, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications;
  • Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the property landscape and client priorities;
  • Experience delivering content that is clever, client-focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive, and compelling;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders;
  • A proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and elevating business development strategies and content for clients;
  • The ability to think strategically, be agile, innovative, think on your feet, and be creative and coachable.
