The role of the Organizational Culture Specialist is to drive employee engagement and development across various aspects, including recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
This specialist will work collaboratively with the leadership team to enhance our culture and provide guidance on people-related matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading performance management processes, improving employee experiences, and contributing to policy developments.

About You:
We are seeking a tertiary qualified professional with experience in Human Resources or a relevant business discipline. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop workplace teams is essential, as well as a willingness to grow into a leadership role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proof of working rights in Australia and a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
