Job Opportunity

The People and Culture Business Partner is a pivotal role that will provide strategic HR support to the Beverage Cans business within Australia and New Zealand.

This position will play a critical part in shaping the organizational culture, driving performance, and supporting staff across six manufacturing sites and the Head Office teams, when required.

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in an operational HR role with a proven track record of influencing and coaching leaders and employees at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex HR systems and metrics
  • A willingness to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand to support the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Performance Management cycle across the Cans business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, diversity programs, and onboarding
  • Coordinate EBA planning activities and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes, fostering a culture of fairness and transparency
  • Champion employee recognition programs and support engagement initiatives across sites, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed the organization's values, promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Provide expert guidance and support to People Leaders in all aspects of performance management, ensuring effective leadership and team execution
