Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of insurance policies, providing essential support to our Account Brokers.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their insurance requirements.
  • Participate in all stages of the insurance policy lifecycle, including pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal processes.
  • Accurately prepare, submit, and invoice insurance policies in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to tender processes, renewals, claims, and other insurance-related tasks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Brokers and Underwriters.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses excellent customer service abilities. You should also have:

  • Proficient administrative skills.
  • Experience assisting Senior Brokers with client accounts (preferred).
  • Background in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking (preferred).
  • Familiarity with general insurance products (preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
